Conditions of exhibition and concert

 

Following many messages from artists here is some useful information.

Exposure

​

First of all, priority is given to the permanent artists of Estrée.

The exhibitions are generally in pairs, allowing a dialogue between the arts, between a permanent artist and a favorite artist.

In rare cases the Estrée organizes exhibitions of a single artist or collective exhibitions.

1. The conditions for participating in an exhibition are as follows:

​

-Be a professional artist(art school or artist living from his art)

-Be selected by management and validated by the Foundation Board

- Be a Swiss artist, living in Switzerland or having a connection with Switzerland

-Enter the Estrée exhibition line. There are sometimes very beautiful works but which do not lend themselves to our artistic line, nor to our public. (Thank you for your understanding)
-Send a file (portfolio) by email (fondation@estree.ch)to management with:good quality photos, an explanation of your work and a CV of your background and exposure.

Do not come to Estrée with works and do not send us books by post(postal costs, brief storage problem... impractical..)

In addition, due to an increasing number of paper files sent to Estreé, the latter cannot return the files to their owner and we are not held responsible if a portfolio goes to the trash due to lack of space. storage. (Thank you for your understanding)

2. If there  any interest from us, the next step is a workshop visit to learn more about your work, afterward we will let you know if there is any interest or not to make an exhibition within our space, note that the planning is done over the next two years, it is therefore possible to have a waiting time.

Concert (Music - Singing)

​

1. The conditions for participating in the musical programming are as follows:

​

-Be a professional artist(music school or musician/singer living from his art)

-Be selected by the management and in connection with an exhibition(the synergy of the arts is important to us)

- Be a Swiss artist, living in Switzerland or having a connection with Switzerland

-Enter the musical line of the Estrée. There are sometimes very beautiful musical works but which do not lend themselves to our artistic line, nor to our public. (Thank you for your understanding)

-acoustics: the Estrée having naturally good acoustics favors concerts without amplifiers, to let the magic and the purity of the sound express itself (microphone for singer of course possible)

- Musical style: the Estrée is open to many musical styles, a link must nevertheless be made with the exhibitions.
-Send a file (portfolio) by email (fondation@estree.ch)to the management with: good quality photos, an explanation of your work/project/programme anda musical extractgiving an aspect of your musical register or concert project for the Estrée.
